A G+1 stacked office cabin built for sites where ground footprint is limited but more office space is needed, doubling your usable area within the same plot size. Structural design accounts for the stacked load, with staircase access and reinforced flooring on both levels.

MS structural frame with ISMC/ISMB base members, reinforced MS square-pipe framing rated for stacked (G+1) loading, external staircase, grooved exterior sheet, MDF internal panels, glass wool insulation, vinyl-finished floor on both levels, sloped MS sheet roof, aluminium windows, secure pipe-frame doors, epoxy or PU paint finish, and concealed ISI-marked wiring.
